The Great War represents the single-most important conflict of the 20th century, resulting in the fall of three Royal dynasties and the creation of new states in Eastern and Central Europe, setting the continent on course for a second, and more terrible conflict. From the peaks of the Alps to the deserts of Arabia millions of soldiers fought and perished for the flag they had sworn to protect with the cost of their life if need be. This anthology, formed from short stories spanning over 7 years and all the fronts, is arranged in chronological order aiming to dramatize some of the more important and well-known events surrounding it. This work of fiction is intended as a tribute to all serving members of the Armed Forces from then and now!
