A scene from my 2012 NaNoWriMo novel. Very little editing has been done to it and I won't be posting the whole thing as I consider it outdated. It's here only as a progress reference.

Summary: A Siamese/Ragdoll mix tomcat named Number 124 escaped the research lab where he was raised and ran off to nearby Omaha, Nebraska with his best friend Number 107 in tow. She leaves him to rescue her brother 108 and eventually gets recaptured, leaving 124 and their new friend Ruby with the task of rescuing her and all the other cats in the research lab.All Rights Reserved
