Prohibition is only be a dream in the eyes of the Temperance movement; but the liquor known as Absinthe was banned before the Great War broke out. Lieutenant Eve "Chance" Masters is tasked with locating a network of bootleggers in the spider web of Catacombs and tunnels beneath Paris.

Several couriers have already failed to return from the ossified speakeasy. In those dark, claustrophobic tunnels, Chance finds herself lost and hunted by a horror beyond her imagination.
