Vampires and humans don't get along in the kingdom of Airistidia. Airistidia is a kingdom mixed in with vampires and humans. In this world, vampires are superior to humans. Vampires are lovable, beautiful, worthy and useful creatures. Humans on the other hand are ugly, disgusting, useless and worthless. Vampires and humans cannot start a relationship. That's forbidden.
Adam Lambert is the seventeen year old son of King Eber and Queen Leila, and Prince of Airistidia. His parents are always training him to be king and forcing him to learn that humans aren't trustful creatures. Adam wants a normal life, but with his parents looking for a princess for Adam to marry, he can't have a say in what he wants in his life and how he wants to live it.
Tommy Joe Ratliff is a poor seventeen year old human boy who lives in a village with other humans in the area. Because he's gay, Tommy gets picked on by other boys and girls in the village. He can't go to school either because of the money issues. His mom is the only parent Tommy has after his dad was killed by a pack of wolves. Now Tommy's mom bakes bread and Tommy sells it in the local stores. That's when he crashes with the heir to the throne of Airistidia. After a week, Tommy's mom is working in the Airistidia castle while Tommy helps her.
When Adam breaks up with his boyfriend Kristopher, Tommy wants to have something with Adam. After a few days, they start dating. Coronation day and Adam's birthday are approaching. Adam has come out gay to his parents and he is going to marry Prince of Nydondra Sauli Koskinen. Tommy and Adam have a child on the way. Adam either has to pick between ruling the kingdom, making his family proud and forget about the family he can have with Tommy, or leave the life of royalty, take care of Tommy and his baby, dishonor his family and be a disgrace for his family for choosing a human over royalty.
