Alphas All The Way Down

Everyone has heard of the legend of the true alpha. The alpha that does not iherit his power nor does he steal them from a dying alpha. He will rise from being a measly omega to one of the mos powerful beings on the earth.
However, there is a price to pay for being a true alpha. He must be restricted from a young age and be abused by the pack. It is a neccesity for them to stay pure and not become evil.
If the true alpha is born from a high rank they will become evil. They will destroy almost anything. Only one thing will be able to stop them, another true alpha.
But that will take a millenia, one that nobody has.
However, if the moon goddess interferes, then the whole werewolf race will die.
