Run

"Can you run? I don't mean jogging or long distance pace, I mean REALLY run?" He looked at me, his eyes boring into my soul as though he could find an answer without my saying.
"Yes... Why?" I replied tentatively. Jax cast another look over me with his enchanting green eyes. His penetrating gaze turned back up into the shadowed forest ahead.
"Good." And with that he took off, running as though his life depend on it. But in all honesty, it did.

This is my first official book! I hope I can actually finish this one because all the books I start I never end 😅😅. I hope it turns out ok. This book is a thriller/horror and it's my first (as said above). Yup.
