Julia Queen hated the fact that the media made
her sister out to be something she wasn't, but she also hated that because of the fact that her two siblings gave the Queen family a bad name she was the one that had to prove to the media that they weren't a trashy family. Which would've been impossible if the public didn't already love the youngest Queen.

But she, just like everyone else, had her secrets. Though her secret was something a little more than her siblings' secrets, and this was most definitely not something she wanted getting out to the public. But when she accidentally does something she shouldn't have been able to do her older brother, Oliver Queen, decided to help her "master" her abilities.

Though helping her brother, who she had in fact known was the Arrow, was not on her bucket list she found herself protecting the city, and the people she loved by all means.
