If you make a promise, you must carry it out or you will die of a heart attack. Your body will also do anything it can to you get you to complete that promise. If you still refuse , you will die at the stroke of midnight the next day. If you were unable to go through with it, you survive. If you were to make a promise about something in the past and it's not true, you die the moment you finish the sentence.
