Psycho Trigger

In the distant future, the Earth has been devastated by the destruction of the past, now consisting of two continents made up of what were once separate countries; Kaicho and Utopia.
When Utopia attempts to lay claim to the last oil reserve on Earth, Kaicho fears war is nigh. In a rush to develop arms strong and numerous enough to contest with Utopia, a genius scientist invents a new superweapon, a mechanical suit of armour that a wearer can mentally synch with, also causing them to enter a state of psychopathy. Dubbed "Psycho Trigger", the technology is put to the test on a special academy of teenagers.
