Fleur is just a regular teen, nothing out of the ordinary. Her parents aren't dead, she isn't a secret agent (yet) and she doesn't party (or have many friends for that matter).
That all changes when she runs into a secret agent, Sterling Archer. From then she gets shot, drugged, kidnapped to New York, gets an internship without any qualifications and... well... 'chemical reactions' occur.
