{ this is a Dave strider x oc love story } I know it's a Cannon x Oc but please give it a few pages. ~~~~ The sun felt amazing on my skin, it was like warm toasted bread with a light fluffy egg on top. The night before was chaotic and crazy but I'm glad he came to my rescue. Who knew that I'd be feeling these emotions? Who knew I would be sitting here on his roof feeling the sun's warm embrace and smelling the sweet lilacs that grew only underneath his window. Hearing birds chip and kids running around somewhere in the distance. "Kyle?" The soft tone broke the morning bliss but brought a even softer smile to his lips. "Dave, morning." His voice was filled with sweetness as if he were talking to an old lover from long ago. "Thanks for coming to my rescue last night.. " Kyle's words we're the only thing to fill the morning air. The blonde dressed in his underwear took a seat on the warming black tile, right next to Kyle. "Nah dude! Don't even worry about it." Dave's words reassured Kyle. Soon the space grew peacefully serene but a small chuckle escaped the brunette's lips and made the Ruby eyed male turn with a raised eyebrow. "What?" "Your only in your boxers! Aren't you worried someone's going to look up and see you?" Kyle felt heat raise to his face while he questioned his friend. "No." Was all Dave said as he stared off into the tree line. "I'm not worried because I would be fully naked if it meant I could sit here with you for a life time." Dave's words were serious and didn't have any ironic tone in them. Kyle was shocked by the statement and didn't quite know how to word his own. "Dave.. I'm flattered?" Kyle moved closer to Dave and leaned his head onto the freckled shoulder. The quiet became serene once more and the sun framed the woods in front like a inspirational picture hanged in a office. "Let's stay like this.. Dave? Let's stay like this forever." Kyle spoke as he closed his eyes, he could smell Dave's cologne. "Yeah. Let's"

18-year-old Farrah gets thrown into a whole new life with her best friend Olly. Moving half way across the world comes with complications and troubles, but undeniable joy and new experiences to thrive in. One of those experiences being meeting someone. He's arrogant and conceited, the complete opposite of Farrah. But like they say, opposites attract... right? She keeps unfolding new secrets within the professional environment where she newly works, finding out that not everyone is who they say they are. Trust is delicate, darling. -------- My thoughts are crumpled as I go flying to the floor behind me, hitting it harshly with impact. I land straight on my ass, my forearms flying to my sides to support me. The room spins slightly as I lift my gaze to try and see the cause that made me fall to the ground in front of so many people. Way to make a good first impression, now they all probably think you're a clumsy bitch who doesn't belong in this professional environment. I try to rid my fogged mind as I direct my gaze upwards, as soon as I do, I freeze. My mind doesn't take in any of my surroundings apart from the dark eyes locked with my own, sending daggers in my direction. They are a cruel grey, they look like shadows descending onto me. I never knew that the look in someone's eyes could make me so timid and afraid, I feel like prey and the predator is stood intimidatingly over me waiting for the right moment to attack again. "Watch where you're going next time, darling," the husky voice echoes off of the cold walls of the foyer, making his condescending tone rebound multiple times through my mind. I stay slouched on the floor, hands behind me as I stare up at him in shock, unable to form any words. His strident words still rebounding through me, words that were patronising and brutal. His eyes make me afraid, but his words make me infuriated.
