Everything from this point and on will take place after the ROTTMNT movie, if you haven't already, please go watch the movie to understand the context behind some of these situations. (Plus the movie is really good so please go watch it). Some of my personal headcanons will be thrown in here as well :) Summary: The brothers are now at home resting and healing from the big Kraang battle, Raph is blind in one of his eyes, Mikey is getting physical therapy to learn how to use his hands again, and Leo's shell is being healed. Donnie being the only one who wasn't incredibly injured decided to take all responsibility of stopping villians, even after promising to his little brother that he wouldn't leave the lair.
