Echo has always had a soft spot for animals, even as a child. However, when she gets lost in the forest at the age of five, she makes a pact with a demon without knowing the severity of her simple promise. With just two months standing between her and her seventeenth birthday, many strange events begin to occur around her; the sudden death of a friend, spontaneously exploding objects, wounded animals suddenly healing under her touch, and an intriguing new student who goes by the name of 'Crow'. Though at first these things seem to have no rhyme or reason, Echo soon finds something in her family bloodline that ties everything together- with her right in the middle of it.
