Echo has always had a soft spot for animals, even as a child. However, when she gets lost in the forest at the age of five, she makes a pact with a demon without knowing the severity of her simple promise. With just two months standing between her and her seventeenth birthday, many strange events begin to occur around her; the sudden death of a friend, spontaneously exploding objects, wounded animals suddenly healing under her touch, and an intriguing new student who goes by the name of 'Crow'.
