Sometimes the path we are on is not the path to our final destination even when we think we have it figured out. We can fight to stay on the route we feel is best but life and tragedy can easily derail us. Life is what will push and twist that road ahead towards the intended direction of main roads. It is up to us to decide which forks and side streets to take.....

Just over a year ago, Addie lost the love of her life leaving her behind with a shattered heart and an inconsolable soul. As everyone in her world begins to accept the loss of John, the boy her father took in as his own, whom had fallen in love with Addie, she simply refused to accept his death. She lives her life day by day to ease her father's worries but deep down she is a shell of who she once was. Having never believed her John was dead, she keeps her belief of hope a secret and looks for any sign for proof of life. With her family pressing her about her denial and the odds highly against her, she can do nothing but put on a mask for them.

As a chance meeting brings her to a fork in the road yet again, she has a choice to make. Follow her heart and chase a ghost or remain herself a ghost. How can she find the light at the end of the tunnel? Will the headstrong girl she's always been prevail and find the answers she thinks she seeks or will she be the girl everyone expects her to be and accept the fate handed to her?
