Imagine this. In a fantastic world, everyone is born with a pair of unique wings on their backs. All different colors, shapes, and sizes. Each pair of soulmates has a matching pair of wings, so you know exactly when you meet your soulmate. It is believed that you are bound by a divine being to meet your soulmate some day, and you will immediately know when you do.
But what happens when you're born without wings?
i think this story is a metaphor for homophobia, at least that's the point i tried to convey throughout the story. Either way, enjoy!
