Sawada Tsunayoshi and Kuroko Tetsuya are both childhood friends who haven't seen each other in 7 years and have been out of contact for 4 years . After 7 long years of waiting, they finally meet again. But with the title of Vongola Decimo comes danger and stress like no other. Tsuna finds himself in a predicament once an assassin reveals his title as a mafia boss to Tetsuya. What will the young Vongola Don do?

Kuroko's family tree has been a secret for generations with only a select few knowing of anything. But soon enough, with the help of both old and new friends, he finds out a century old conflict and maybe a sibling that's been tucked away from his memories.
