Maybe Too Protective
We reached the hospital and Ryder, still being gentle, jumped out of the car. Zach opened the doors for him and they rushed inside the emergency room. "We need a little help." Max asked the nurse at the table. SHe seemed a little bit annoyed. "Sir this is the trauma center. If you have an emergency that can wait...Oh my gosh." She spoke once she looked at me. "Dr!" She looked at a blonde woman walking by. "Yes?" The woman walked over with a smile on her face. The nurse pointed at me. "Over here." She lead the guys to a hospital bed that they laid me down. "If it means anything, she has panic attacks." Ryder explained. "Page Shepard." She told someone. "What's her name?" "Lucy." Ryder told them. Then, light people around me became blurs, than darkness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Maybe you had some high school bullies, but I hope they weren't like Lucy Smith's bullies. Lucy Smith is entering into her first year of high school, going to school with her best friend and four out of her five older, protective brothers. Being part of the Smith family gives her some different effects on the the guys around her and some people don't take too kindly to that. When she runs into Miley, her physically tormenting bully who has serve anger issues, things don't take turns for the better. Thank you to the covers app and the Color Pop phone app for the cover. To do so, he must survive cruel raiders, grotesque animals, and a new breed of mutated human survivors called Skulks. **PLEASE NOTE: This is a progressive book, meaning throughout the book, the main character will be presented with different options. A "Choose Your Own Adventure" if you will! It is up to you as the readers to determine the actions of Quinn York. I don't know how this story will turn out, and I'm excited to see what path it takes. Will Quinn be a fearless raider killer or will he become the most horrible human being on the planet?
