Dakota Hayes was average, unextraordinary, and happy to be. Nothing necessarily interesting ever happened to her cookie-cutter, suburban lifestyle family, or her few close friends. But when Dakota moves out of her parent's house and ends up in a neighborhood far different than where she was brought up, things get a little crazy. Down the hall in her apartment building is a place with a lot of noise, people coming in and out at all hours of the night, and a certain man who she keeps running into. Unbeknownst to her, this man would change her entire outlook on life. He would show her that life wasn't average, or unextraordinary. Life was meant to be lived.

Everyone has an angelic and demonic side to them, but what defines us is our choices which makes one more prominent insides of us. Jules was new to the city, and Harry was practically a celebrity, but he didn't get there in a moral way. He tries to control everything that goes on in the city and also with the people around him, so when he saw a new girl, he made sure to go out of his way to make a protruding first impression. He may try to control all things happening in the city, but one thing he won't be able to are his feelings for this one captivating girl. Neither of them would have imagined that soon they would be falling for each other, wether they wanted to or not.
