Alisa Ramirez is considered to be one of the greatest surfers in all of California. She started at a very young age of 6 and has since then participated in several tournaments-both state and international. And it isn't all too surprising when she places 1st in the tournament and earns herself her 180th consecutive win in a row.
But it isn't until hours after everything has settled and everyone is enjoying the banquet set up for the participants and their guests that Alisa is introduced to a man that changes the very meaning of her life... Her entirely life is shaken up and sent into an uncontrollable spiral when she meets 27 year old Viktor Nikiforov, a famous figure skater who represented Russia's figure skating team. The shocking part being that he's her father.
And, after being overwhelmed by the news, she's left with questions and mixed emotions.
How did someone like her mother manage to land someone like him? Why didn't he come to any of her past tournaments and competitions to say he was so proud? Better yet... Why would they have kept this a secret from her until now?
