When John Laurens joins Washington's Continental Army, all he wants is to forget. Forget the tragedies of his past. Forget Francis. Forget those disgusting, horrible thoughts that keep intruding his mind.
He did not expect to fall in love along the way.
Historically canon era Lams fic. Cover art made by the incredible @Imalizerd, who is just as amazing a friend as she is an artist.

More Than a Summer Fling | Modern Lams AU | Fragilehoney
~SUMMER CAMP AU~ (complete) John Laurens is a pretty typical teenager. Average grades, decent social life, and hella gay. His parents thought it would be nice to send him to a summer camp to get him away from the same routine. Little does he know what his summer will entail. My first Hamilton fanfic! :)Concluida

Roses Of Mist [Lams//Boyxboy] ✔️
John Laurens is a shy 15 year old, in the closet. His only wish of this school year, is to be more confident about himself. Make friends. Maybe even get a boyfriend. Alexander Hamilton, an 18 year old senior, popular, and has a girlfriend named Eliza. Little did anyone know, girls aren't his only preference. (I know that Laurens is the one that's 3 years older, but John sounds cute as a shy kid. I also know this is probably crappy, and ive changed some details, such as Lafayette being three years older than Laurens instead of three years younger, and ive made relations between characters that aren't real. But i love Hamilton and i ship Lams). Cover made by me. Art in the cover photo isn't mine. Credit to the artist. This is all pretty badly written so be warned. There's also a part two but it's on hiatus.Concluida
My Dear Laurens (Lams)
Alexander knows he loves Laurens. He also knows that he is straight and only has a platonic relationship with Laurens. He does not think about the taste of Laurens' lips, the soft curls of his hair framing his honey-drop freckles, the curve and snap of the muscles under his skin, or the region under his breeches he wouldn't dare say even under the cover of his thoughts. He loves John Laurens, but not like that, ya know? I mean, come on, there's no way he's gay in a time where that could get you killed, where he's a public political figure, where he's a proud American soldier, where he could die any second (thanks to the time period and his mouth), or where he's married to Elizabeth Schuyler. So, shut up, okay. It's not gonna happen. Ever. In conclusion, go to hell. . . . Follows the musical like a timeline. Basically, how I imagine Lams would have been able to occur during the OG time period.Concluida

Gone Too Soon • Hamilton {John Laurens}
DISCONTINUED & CRINGEY Brielle Washington finds herself moving in with her Uncle temporary. That temporary turned into more permanent due to the most upsetting casualties. But, little does she know that in doing so she may meet the most fantastic group of people. One of which, she grows extremely close to. Yet all this happiness she discovers, was definitely Gone Too Soon. 1776 All right to Lin Manuel Miranda in creating Hamilton and American Musical, I bow down to you.Concluida
Come Back Home (Lams Celeb AU)
John Laurens is the ultimate celebrity. He's charming, he gives to charities, he's crazy talented, and on top of that, the whole world loves him. Well, the whole world except for his childhood best friend, of course. When John had left to become a superstar, he left Alexander Hamilton behind. They had lost contact after a couple years as John got sucked up into the world of being famous. So what happens when John, the singer devoted to his music, visits Alex, the scorned man who no longer enjoys his company, after ten years? ~.~ This story is inspired by Anthony Ramos's album, The Good and The Bad, and each title uses the song titles. (This book was written before the news of the breakup, and I was too far to turn back and change the story) I do NOT own the characters in this story, they all belong to history and Lin Manuel Miranda's musical, Hamilton. Cover Art creds @annanymous_ MATURE for strong language, and talk about sex (skips past actual sex scenes). WARNING: Most replies from me will be ominous, beware of the smiley face :) Unless otherwise specified, story will be told in John's POV.Concluida
