Penelope Waters is that girl no one really knows much about. She keeps to herself all of the time and most of what she thinks stays in her head where it belongs.She lives a life a barely getting by and not bringing any attention to herself and that's the way she likes it. She carries around the burden of her past on her sleeve but covers her arms with thick layers so no one can see. And she finds herself teetering on the edge of depression.
