When 14 year-old Bishop Harris loses his younger brother to an unidentified psychopath, his sanity is completely shattered. Over the duration of the summer, he gradually develops a serious case of psychosis, which leads to him thinking he is being followed by a demonic entity. As his psychosis grows worse, his friends soon begin to see the same entity; a shadowy figure with yellow eyes. All hell breaks loose after Bishop and his friends completely lose their grip on reality, sending them into an endless loop of physical and mental torture.
