Athena Davis was a soft more in Midtown High School and was often bullied. Not physically, but emotionally. She never tells anyone about herself because she didn't think that anyone needed to know about her. Athena had a few friends, at least one in each of her classes. They were always by her side. Now, I know what you're thinking. This must be some regular high school story, right? Not really. Putting everything aside, at night Athena dresses up in a black hoodie, black shoes, black jeans, brown contacts and a black surgical mask. Why does she do this? So that no one will recognize her. She goes out and takes pictures of people who are committing crime. Then she takes the photos to the police station, asking them to never speak of her to anyone. She didn't want any special attention. She has been seen a few times though. Sometimes she's been shot at, stabbed, and she's even had her arm broken because of what she does. What if the new superhero of Queens finds her?

He wears a mask. She doesn't need one to keep secrets. When Peter Parker joins the Avengers under Tony Stark's orders, he thinks he's just doing what's right. What he doesn't expect is to run into her - the sharp, quiet girl from school who seems to know more than she should... about everything. She's on Team Cap. She's fighting for something bigger. And she's been watching Peter for a while now - dropping hints, playing games, and making him feel like he's losing his mind. But when secrets come to light and sides are chosen, Peter learns the hardest lesson of all: Sometimes the person who sees you most clearly... is the one you're meant to fight.
