There are two kinds of soulmates in the world. One, the kind of soulmates who are meant to be together from the very beginning. Two, the kind of soulmates who are meant to meet each other but is not meant to be together. 
In our case, we fall on the second category. We've hurt each other, we did made each other happy and all that but above all, we've hurt each other. This is our love story...and how, almost immediately, it ended.
