Yumenosaki Academy Transfer Students
20 parts Ongoing Yumenosaki Academy recently welcomed two new transfer students, Raito Hikari and Tsuki Kuroi. Though complete opposites, the cheerful and radiant Raito-like the sun-and the stoic, reserved Tsuki-like the moon-are childhood friends. Together, they formed the duo idol unit Polar Opposites.
Raito is kind and radiant like the sun, dreaming of becoming an idol. But beneath his brightness lies the shadow of abandonment-his father's betrayal and his parents' divorce left scars he struggles to heal. Determined to grow stronger, he vows to give his all so that Tsuki, his partner, will never leave him.
Tsuki, in contrast, is reserved and thoughtful, like the moon. Tragedy struck at the start of middle school when he lost his parents, and his older brother fell into a coma from overwork while trying to support him. To survive, Tsuki took on part-time jobs. It was Raito-his childhood friend-who reached out with a spark of hope, suggesting they become idols together.
Bound by shared struggles yet opposite in nature, they formed the duo idol unit "Polar Opposites"-a pair chasing the same stage for very different reasons: one to hold onto love, the other to save what remains of family.
