High School,  a place of self discovery, elitism, experimentation, and treachery all in one place. You can learn a lot while there, but when you become a Senior you know not to waste any time getting your ticket to freedom. Some students are capable of enjoying the more adventurous side of  high school but others, like the indifferent Jasper Wilde, couldn't give less of a shit. 

In Jasper's two years of attending Oswald High, she walked through the halls with a seemingly patient face and equally calm demeanor. But Jasper was boiling up inside and saw everyone as a potential threat. This was before she met Marilyn. Marilyn is a sweet and outgoing person who was in every since of the phrase 'a polar opposite' from Jasper. Meeting on awkward terms, the two develop into a deep, intense,  perhaps even hormonal, relationship that built an unbreakable 'gold chain' of a bond between them. 

Together they explore the dangerous and adventurous side of Oswald, Illinois being each others ride or die. They were young, naive, and stupid and Jasper learns an important lesson in the end.
