Walking home from work one night he finds a dirty and starving 3 year old boy who's parents died 6 months ago from drug overdoses. Quinn takes Justin home and raises him as his own son. Quinn plans on adopting Justin when he turns 18. The only person that knows about them is the older, widowed neighbor lady, Mrs. Preston, who watches Justin while Quinn works. Quinn and Mrs. Preston have a plan set in place in case someone questions Quinn and Justin's situation. A stranger moves into town bringing his 1967 Chevy Camaro to the garage Quinn works at.
