In the Realm of Regnum there are two types of people. The Gifted and the Regulars. Regulars are just normal people everyday people, while Gifted are born regular and develop a power at the age of nine. 300 years before, the Regular Kings decided that the Gifted, who were the police force of the four kingdoms, had too much power and spread a lie that still holds to this day. That lie began the massacre where thousands of Gifted were killed. Now it is customary to kill a Gifted child when their power emerges. In come Jennica DeLaCruz and Seungchol Lim.
