In the beginning she never wanted a relationship after Blake, but Klay didn't give up on her even when she gave up on her self. There relationship bloomed but also had their rough patches. Kaylee has moved in with Klay and is as happy as can be.
The Golden State Warriors won the championship and Klay wasn't the only one winning a ring. Klay proposed to Kaylee and she said yes!
