"You think I wanted this? For all my friends to be dead and me, the only one alive? You don't know shit about being a hero." "I know they protect people even when those same people hurt them." Being a rebel and thief was hard work itself but, being a hero was another story. "Thief For Hire" Amity, usually just ended up robbing unfair and unjust wealthy people as a way to try to cure the world. But even so, there was an infection. This wasn't no ordinary infection but, one that required the victim to die and become ressurected as nothing but a mindless slave to the infector. When Amity recieves a job to rob an old man in a forest, she thinks nothing of it but easy. Instead, it was the opposite as she was set up and left to die there. She and her friends are then rescued by "the old man" who assits them on their journey to cure the world of this infection. But their savior is hiding more than he is letting on. Not only that, friends become foes, old friends are anew, and everything changes. Will Amity survive and help the world or will she to become...Infected.
