"You think I wanted this? For all my friends to be dead and me, the only one alive? You don't know shit about being a hero." "I know they protect people even when those same people hurt them." Being a rebel and thief was hard work itself but, being a hero was another story. "Thief For Hire" Amity, usually just ended up robbing unfair and unjust wealthy people as a way to try to cure the world. But even so, there was an infection. This wasn't no ordinary infection but, one that required the victim to die and become ressurected as nothing but a mindless slave to the infector. When Amity recieves a job to rob an old man in a forest, she thinks nothing of it but easy. Instead, it was the opposite as she was set up and left to die there. She and her friends are then rescued by "the old man" who assits them on their journey to cure the world of this infection. But their savior is hiding more than he is letting on. Not only that, friends become foes, old friends are anew, and everything changes. Will Amity survive and help the world or will she to become...Infected. DISCLAIMER: This is a sorta realistic Minecraft sorta type of thing. Oh and some bad language

On the way to take her placement test she sees a man take a gun out of his bag. Panicked, she reaches into her purse for her phone to call 911. Instead she takes out a gun. She doesn't know where it came from or how it got there, but when the man turns his gun on her she shoots him. It would be easy for Evita to forget about where the gun came from and let her life return to normal, but its mysterious appearance won't stop nagging at her. When Evita starts asking questions Evelyn Sheer, the head of the city's Department of Energy, takes her captive and places her in a secret, underground research facility. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.
