You might want to know a few things about Alexis Holls before anything else.
Is she pretty? Yes, she is. And she doesn't need tons of make up to let her beauty show.
Is she smart? She most definitely is, if her straight A's on all her AP subjects were anything to go by.
Is she rich? Hell yeah! If her mansion of a house and her parents being well known doctors doesn't make her rich, I don't know what will.
She's pretty much the so-called "Golden Girl" of their school. She's popular but she never used her popularity to get what she wants. She sure is something, isn't she?
But, under all that, is a girl who's been through a lot. And frankly, I don't think her fragile heart will be able to take it if ever tragedies were yet to come.

I have always been the invisible one. No one knows I am there. I try to fit in with everyone, but the students end up ignoring me. When I speak, no words escape my mouth. I have always known that there was another part of me, that wants to shine, but is too scared to show her face. It is as if we have been hiding behind the same mask and no one sees us.
