A fictional story about five friends (Lena, Anna, Taylor, Jeremiah, & Liam) who are afflicted by tragedy when they are in a horrible car accident. As some start to fall in love, others are still struggling to deal with grief. How will they overcome? Can they still be friends despite their differences? I started writing this story on tumblr about seven months ago as an outlet for my creativity. The idea was centralized around a friendship that I have with three other guys and everything kind of took off from there. It has definitley turned out more than I ever thought it would be. I have written over 200 pages in Word and I'm still trudging along. I never imagined myself as a writer; let alone someone who could write a book. My grammer sucks and I apologize. It slowly gets better as the story progresses, but overall it still sucks. What you are reading on here is a rough draft. I have intentions on finishing this, editing it and revising it to make it into a book. Thanks for reading! emfryewritesabook.tumblr.com

No matter how absurd this story may seem, please remember that it is TRUE. It happened in real life. The fatal accident, not made up; the girl who had to ingratiate others to fit in, not made up; the rich, narcissistic girl who demanded compliment every day, not made up; the hostile girl who suffered through unimaginable pain, not made up. It looks fake, yes, but coincidence did bring these girls together, and Ella Cass, the author, is one of them. Which one of the girls? I'll leave you to guess. A note from Ella Cass: 'If I haven't had that instant where I narrowly avoided death, I would've got buried in the dark until everyone who has ever had any memory of me die off and it would be as if I've never existed. So, this accident, in some way, inspired me to write my experiences down, on the sole purpose of letting my memory live after my death that may occur tomorrow or decades down the road.'
