An Angel's wish from the Heart

An Angels wings flutter in the spring breeze in the pink sky with fluffy cloud but one thing do angels most cherish are wishes and with those wishes, some are able to make a contract but one has a wish with so little power on the surface and yet is still able to make a contract with a god!
