Ariana O'Connor. True heir of Gryffindor, protégé of Severus Snape and mortal enemy of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. 

This extraordinary girl never thought she would amount to anything special. She barely survived the loss of her twin brother, the knowledge that her parents had been murdered in cold blood by Voldemort, and the life of suffering she lead, but all of that changed when she began to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. 

During her first year, she befriended Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. Over the course of their first and second years, they overcame trials and tribulations, most of which could of killed them.

Now, her third year is kicking off and is going to require more courage than the previous two. With a mad criminal at large, life-sucking Dementors out to get her and a new, alluring Defense Against the Dark Arts professor... can the girl with the lion heart survive?
