Phoenix stood shivering in town square, waiting for Damion, her mate, in the rain. People flourished and bustled around as she searched the brunette.
She glanced down at her watch, which read six o'clock. He was to be there by five.
A small movement in the shadows caught her eye, and the familiar smell of cigarette smoke filled the young wolfs nose. Smirking, she made her way through the crowd over to an ally way.
Damion flicked his cigarette at her and smiled as she approached, and shot her a knowing glance. She laughed, and smacked his arm playfully.
"I've always loved your sense of pride." she said, and kissed his lush lips. Damions smile grew wider as here turned the favor, kissing Phoenix back.
"I know." he said, and put out his cigarette.
"Got any names picked out?" Phoenix asked as she looked down at her growing fetus.
Damion looked over to her, his eyes full of wonder.
"Let's call her... Red."

*Previously Another Day Another Challenge* *Preview* That’s when I saw her. Now, I wasn’t one for all the romance crap, and I had my fair share of girls and their lips. I can't remember how long I have been in this cold and filthy room with no window. Nothing apart from these damp walls and a dirty mattress on the floor. There is a toilet in the corner. There is no mirror. I can't even remember what I look like anymore. All I have is a worn tattered dirty dress on my body. I have no shoes. "Oh Moon goddess please help me. Please help me or let me die" I cried helplessly. "Anya child speak to me" My wolf Alexandra whimpered. "Alex I can't take much more. I can't take it any longer. He won't even let me die." I sobbed. She had been alone with me before but the air in the car was excruciatingly lovely. It felt like home. It was as if she was my wife and I was just driving us home after a long day. I inhaled, but when I turned to look at Selene she was covering her nose with her shirt. I furrowed my brows and scowled. Did I smell? "What's wrong?" I softly asked. She glanced at me and shook her head gently, dismissing me. I clenched my jaw. When I pulled my hand up to inhale another smoke, it finally clicked. I quickly threw it out the window and turned the AC on, rolling our windows up. I felt her stare on the side of my face and gulped, trying my fucking best not to smile. "Why did you do that?" She asked me, her voice low. Almost sounding like she was whispering. I quickly shot her a glance before answering. "You have asthma." Her gaze darkened. It was so quiet I could hear her heart beating rapidly while we stared at each other. I couldn't help but want to reach up and kiss her, and hold her like she deserved. She swallowed her saliva and looked away, a smile starting to form on the corners of her lips. I chuckled, already knowing I couldn't escape her now. I wouldn't be able to. It'd be like not having oxygen. And so help me, God, if I didn't have my oxygen.

He said, clutching the place above his heart. Elize huffed, rolling her eyes. "Do you really have something to say or should I come back later?" She asked, folding her hands above her chest.
