After chaos strikes Charlotte's mundane life, she is running. Who she is running from, she's unsure. Where she is running to, well, she hasn't quite figured that out either.
Her main question is 'why?'.
However, it appears that this question is a little harder to find the answer for. It may have something to do with the recent execution of her father, a once prominent figure is the elitist society Charlotte has been subjected to and oppressed by since childhood. At least she has found safety with others like herself. However, how long will it last? Can she really trust Drakov and his men?
Just like everything else, Charlie will just have to figure it out.

The next morning a young boy by the name of Finny find her, and takes her inside. He pleads for Sebastian to help her, and Sebastian does. He takes her to a spare room and gets her situated. Eventually Sebastian moves her to his room as it would be easier to take care of her there and Ciel still has yet to learn of her. Ciel Phantomhive learns of the girl by stumbling in on her and Sebastian when he is in one of his many sessions with her of learning about her life before Finny had found her. Instead of being angered Ciel only wishes to be let in on the information and requires that she also work when fully healed. Sebastian finds the young lady Demetria interesting as he learns that she is much older then she appears. Much, much older. And has a much more complicating story then what first meets the eye. As he starts to develop feeling for the young woman. New to the feelings, as demons haven't been known to feel them, he is unsure of how to deal with them. Lady Demetria is also finding herself battling her own feelings, learning of Sebastian's past through asking him simple questions as he refuses to tell her anything about his life before Ciel. The only question is, will Lucifer and the Gods above approve of this relationship? WARNING: There is some language as this is based in the VICTORINA ERA. I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! My blue eyes fumed in anger as my wolf was released. I am a white wolf. Liam's eyes bulged as he saw my true form. He then smiled ready to fight. I lunged for the bastard, knocking him to the ground. His other minions rushed towards me all attaching me at once. I attempted to fight against them. They kept coming on me and it was becoming too much for me to handle. My fur had gone from a snowy white, to a bloody reddish color. So much blood. I laid down. Maybe just a minute of rest. I saw Liam walk up to me. He looked down at me and smiled. "What's wrong little wolf? No more energy?" He smirked. Then Liam was suddenly thrown to the damp ground by something, a jet black wolf with glowing red eyes. He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily. He wasn't finished with his prowl, he turned back to face Liam but realized that the pureblooded vampire had already run off. Then I hear a deep growl. "Mate", and my heart stops. ------------ Alexandra's pack is mercilessly destroyed by werewolves most hated species: vampires. The species has hated each other since the beginning of time. She appeared to have knowledge of her daughter's past life! Charlotte tries to solve the mystery of her daughter's death and the peculiar girl. She gets trapped in a morbid time machine which travels her to 1945, the year on her daughter's death, to try to save her from the events. Could this all be a coincidence or just some weird hoax? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Everyone has there own secrets. Some are dark and morbid, even when everyone in your town talks about it. You swore to secrecy that they wouldn't tattle, but you sometimes can't trust them, even if something goes terribly wrong that the truth has to be uncovered.... Warning: contains violence in some scenes. I have no interest or intention in actually killing someone or something. This is just a book I like to write and criminal minds in the '40s-'60s got me thinking of writing my very first book (which is this one).
