The City of Ebott was an abysmal place.

Behind its promises of work and prosperity, was a filthy, rat-infested hellhole. Cruelty and selfishness was the norm, bigotry was treated as some noble act of protecting the so-called "American Dream", and for poor, little orphans like Frisk...the dream of having a simple childhood was just that.
