Emma as she likes to be called has one unique story at the age of 19, she has a younger sister (8) called Ella. They live together in a house Emma recently bought in which she paid for but she's still in high school two years behind so how did she pay for it? Just the two of them living together she cooks, cleans and pays for her sister, she loves her sister dearly and will never let anyone hurt her.

It's almost like being a single parent apart from the fact that Ella is not her child. Emma must always be there for her sister, not only to protect her but to support her. She will not allow her sisters educating, health or welfare be affected in such a time. It's hard enough for her to grow up without a Mum or Dad so the least she can do is give her the best childhood she can.

Ella must never know what has happened, Emma plans to keep it like that.

The first step in which she was told was to trust no one, and that she will do. But what happens when Jordan comes into the picture?

Can he change her? Make her break the only rule she was told to obey. Only time can tell but Jordan is on a mission, a mission to find out what's behind the blonde hair and blue eyes, fake smiles, protective stance, possessiveness of her sister, fake lies and what almost looks to be fear in other people.

But she will never forget those words, the person who said it and why. She will not break her oath to him, she will not break it for the sake of her sister.
