One year, in Rural Texas, a woman named Naomi gave birth to a boy. A boy named William Solace.

Naomi died shortly afterwards.

Little Will was taken by his father at age one, sold around until he finally was taken by three men- Luke, Ethan, and Octavian.

Meanwhile, three siblings, by the names of Nico, Bianca and Hazel, move to America with their mother and father (and dog!) because of their father's job.

Nico and Bianca hear about the case of Will and decide to help, but they're only sixteen and eighteen. Hazel is just five years old.

They have to work under the nose of their father, with the help of many friends, in order to save the Boy who never saw the Sun.
