Seventeen year old Abigail Barringer had read every fictional novel there was, and always wondered what she would do if she was one of the characters in her books. However, when she uncovers a secret that some town members died protecting, Abigail becomes entangled in her town's mystery - and the mystery of its people. Most of her neighbors want her dead, and if they don't, she wants them dead. But, then there's the problem of Kyle Blanchard, the town nerd. He seems to be the only one willing to help Abigail, but it feels like there might be something more between them...
