Tabitha Morgan Fell was kidnapped when she was 11 and was raped everyday for two long weeks. She found out a month after being rescued, that she was pregnant!
So 9 months later she gave birth to a healthy baby boy, but had to send him away to her grandparent's house in Colorado for his own good. Tabitha only gets to see her son, Clarkson Nathaniel Fell, during the holidays. However, she has started working three jobs to raise enough money to buy a house so that she can bring her son home once she graduates. She also began taking martial arts to make sure no one could harm her ever again.
However at the start of her junior year she notices subtle changes in her friends and her eyes are opened to how dangerous the world really is, including all that goes bump in the night.
