The world is full of deception and disappointment. Suffering and pain.
However, there is good in the world too. Behind the scenes, where the general public doesn't see, there are people, extra-ordinary people, working to ensure that humanity lives on. To ensure that humans have hope. That there is always hope.
They swoop in in secret to save those in need, to help those in pain, to divert the worst of disasters. They scurry around in governments, pulling strings to help protect and serve the peoples of all nations. They help make our world better. But they are people too. They have lives, emotions, and hope.
What happens when their hope is attacked? When humanity's hidden source of hope is exposed and attacked? The fate of the world somehow always rests on the younger generation, and this time is no different.
Battling through high school, teen angst, and general annoyances, Collin must do his job to protect humanity from devastation. Hopefully he can. Probably not. He is a teenager, after all.
