In reality, Sena, along with the Academy Director, Academy Head Doctor, and every medical staff are a part of an organization called "Ruby Imperial Army". An organization based in Rubellite that has been dealing with vampires for centuries in the dark. Sena is a Major of the said army and was given a mission to keep vampires out of the academy.

Together with the pillars of their army, she's always acknowledged the possibility that vampires would one day come out from the dark. And they did come out, easily claiming control.
