The Lowbrows live in poverty and starvation, toiling away relentlessly so the upperclass survives. Follow Amara Xander, a girl who has been found to have rather heated anger issues, as she escapes captivity, flees to the city, and finds fellow radioactive outcasts as she tries to escape the clutches of the deranged Dr. Khyber. Some people weren't able to handle it's affects, others have been changed. Everyone who survived was given a supernatural ability. Hallie Osborn was affected by the explosion, and was one of the few people her age who survived, and is taken into a hospital of sorts for people like her. The doctors and therapists are keeping many things from the gifted, and with the help of Finn, Hallie's going to figure out what.
