After the nuclear warfare of WWIV, what remained of society took a downward spiral into a twisted dystopia lead by an evil triumvirate known as the Monarchs. In this broken form of government people are cast into two different races: high intelligence and low intelligence. The Acuity live luxurious lives of glamor, fun, and parties. The Lowbrows live in poverty and starvation, toiling away relentlessly so the upperclass survives. If you survive the ranking, are not found toxic, and are not cast away to the asylum, try not having your brains devoured by the creatures of the radiation.

Follow Amara Xander, a girl who has been found to have rather heated anger issues, as she escapes captivity, flees to the city, and finds fellow radioactive outcasts as she tries to escape the clutches of the deranged Dr. Khyber.
