After the nuclear warfare of WWIV, what remained of society took a downward spiral into a twisted dystopia lead by an evil triumvirate known as the Monarchs. In this broken form of government people are cast into two different races: high intelligence and low intelligence. The Acuity live luxurious lives of glamor, fun, and parties. The Lowbrows live in poverty and starvation, toiling away relentlessly so the upperclass survives. If you survive the ranking, are not found toxic, and are not cast away to the asylum, try not having your brains devoured by the creatures of the radiation.

Follow Amara Xander, a girl who has been found to have rather heated anger issues, as she escapes captivity, flees to the city, and finds fellow radioactive outcasts as she tries to escape the clutches of the deranged Dr. Khyber. Hallie Osborn was affected by the explosion, and was one of the few people her age who survived, and is taken into a hospital of sorts for people like her. Finn doesn't remember anything outside of the hospital, the first thing he could remember was the chemical tank. He's not sure why he's put in there so often, but isn't allowed to ask many questions. He's eventually introduced to the rest of the gifted, he explains to Hallie his time in isolation, not understanding how important he's become. The doctors and therapists are keeping many things from the gifted, and with the help of Finn, Hallie's going to figure out what.

I recommend reading the first two parts before this! After only two weeks into the anthro takeover, things have gone right and wrong on both sides.
