This is about a ghoul named Aiko and about her troubled past and her future. She gets transported to a different world when she was getting chased by the CCG. When she wakes up a man called Kakashi Hatake takes her to the hokage, and later on let her live at his house.

She brushed it off at as just being lucky. On top of that she can heal fast despite low RC levels but has constant injuries and memories that haunt her more than she can handle. One day she's In a café and meets a certain young ghoul and creates a friendship while creating a special relationship with a special investigator.
