I fight to the end even when others say there's nothing left to fight for. I don't give up even if I know I'm losing. I keep going straight even when the road get a little blurry. I use my past to help steady my future. I am strong. I am beautiful. I am me. I am Aleka I always knew I was a little different but I nevers knew how different. That all changed the day I turned eighteen. I wrote this a very long time ago like three years ago and in light of it being my birthday, I decided to publish anything I have ever written. It is unedited. It was also written when I was in middle school so beware. I hope if you do read it that you like it cause although I wrote it a long time ago and it's kinda trash it means a lot to me.

LOVE FOR A LIFETIME CAN BE READ AS A STANDALONE ITS 5 YEARS BEFORE THIS BOOK❤️❤️ My mom always said I was special. She told me I wasn't like all the other kids that used to bully the poor little blind black girl and I believed her....until she died and left me alone in this cold world. She left me like everyone else does but the only thing is it happened without her wanting to. That's why I could never hate her. That's why I can never give anyone the time of day that's why I stay alone. Studying, crying, passing all my classes, and living. That was until.... _________________________________________ He lifts my chin and I can tell he's staring into my lifeless eyes. "Do you really think I can be a Queen?" I ask "I know you are a born Queen and a Queen should always have a King to make sure your crown never falls," he said and I smile even tho I since a double meaning behind it which I choose to ignore.
