"y-you promise you w-won't give me b-back?" You held his little body closer to yours "I meant what I said, you came here so you could stabilize further, I was aware there would be bumps along that road though" He smiled and buried his face further in your neck, taking in your scent of vanilla in secret "thanks Doc" You smiled "You're welcome, now let's get you to bed" He was already beginning to doze off though "don't......don't put me.......in a bed alone" His eye sockets were fluttering closed and even though he was close to the sweet embrace of sleep, his legs were still wrapped tightly around your waist and his arms were still around your neck in the same manner
"Fine then sleepy head" You made your way to your bed and laid down with him, he cuddled up to your body still in the same position, surprising you. You smiled afterwards and began caressing his skull as he slept "Goodnight Sans"
You placed a kiss on his forehead and drifted off to sleep
