Sneak Peek:
       " Let's go shopping. You clearly need some fashion sense knocked into you." I joke. He chuckles.

        " Says you." He says in amusement. I punch him lightly on the arm and turn on the radio. Over the past few days Xander and I have turned into good friends. Most of the times that I ride in his car we have what we call radio sessions, where we just sing at the top of our lungs. It's actually very relaxing having someone who won't judge you and who you can be yourself with. I'd never be confident enough to do that with Zachary.

         After a few songs I turn off the radio and sigh. It's quiet for a second before Xander glances at me with curiosity. I raise an eyebrow. He turns his gaze back to the road. I smile. I liked this sort of quiet, it's peaceful and understanding. I close my eyes feeling comfortable and trusting. I knew that we didn't have to talk to communicate, we could just sneak glances or read each other's movements. We already knew each other too well. Not at all like Zachary and I. Zachary and I, I realize, don't know each other that well. We never became friends, we never took notice of each other's likes or dislikes. Our relationship moved much too fast for me to get to know him at all. And it is like this that I finally realize that, little by little, piece by piece, I've been falling in love. With Xander. I gasp. My eyes fly open and I look over at Xander whose gaze is now focused on me.

         " Are you okay?" He asks with concern in his voice.

         " Yes." I lie. What am I going to do?

The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!? I stuff my hands into my pockets, walking down the busy street. Forget about her. She's just a annoying pretty girl, she'll go away. Everybody does. She HAS to go away. *Spoiler alert*: she doesn't. Don't get close to people or they'll end up getting hurt. That's my mindset. I've been through enough of that. This girl doesn't belong in my world anyway. She's too innocent. *Mature content* {Just a quick update, I am basically rewriting the story. I wrote it when I was in 8th grade and it makes me cringe every time I try to go back and edit it so keep in mind that it'll get better}

Stephanie Walker - straight-A student, sweet, pretty, and every parent's dream. Her life is perfectly planned out... until her senior year trip throws her into the chaotic orbit of the school's golden boy. Now her final year in high school isn't looking so simple. "Don't let me catch you, cupcake," his voice boomed from downstairs, and I took off running. I ducked behind a pole, heart racing, trying to calm my nerves. Way to go, Stephanie, my subconscious snarked. His footsteps echoed closer. "Where are you, cupcake?" he called out playfully. Like I'd actually tell you, I thought, holding my breath. Silence. Then, warm fingers snaked around my waist, and I didn't need to turn to know it was him. "Found you," he whispered in my ear, and a shiver zipped down my spine. "How?" I breathed, turning to face him. His smirk told me he knew exactly what he was doing to me. Get it together, fool, I mentally scolded myself. "Want the sugarcoated version or the truth?" he teased. I raised a brow at him. "I could smell you from a mile away," he whispered, tucking a lock of hair behind my ear. Butterflies. So many freaking butterflies. "That was the sugarcoated version," he added with a grin. I blinked, narrowing my eyes. "The pole didn't hide you well. Your cardigan was sticking out," he shrugged. And then came the smirk. "Now, time for my revenge." I barely had time to process before something soft and powdery rained down on me. I wiped my face. Flour. He did not just dump flour on me even if I started it. Mature, much? I thought bitterly. Poker face on. "Real mature," I said, brushing past him with fake annoyance. Time to activate drama mode. "Come on, babe, you can't be mad..." he called after me. This book is everything. You NEED to read this.

But he vowed to keep her safe..But how can he keep such a dangerous vow? *EXCERPT FROM BOOK BELOW* "Our story is like the movies. The movies with the happy endings?" I yelled as he got out of the car. "No! Our ending is nothing like those movies Vana. Our story is the both of us risking it all and then ending up right next to Kyle." He said and sighed. And he was right. Our ending is that one fucked up movie that no on wants to go see. "SO YOU AREN'T WILLING TO RISK IT ALL!?! I yelled louder as the rain came pouring down. He turned on his heal and stomped twords me pulling me close to him leaveing no space between us. His lips came crashing down on mine making the butterflies in my stomach errupt with pleaseure. He pulled away and sighed as did I. He grabbed my hand and ran his thumb over the knuckle of my thumb over my tattoo thanks to his stupid game of dare or dare. "Look at the perspective of things Vana. You might see a smily face but I don't. I see a sad face. You don't want my happy ending. Trust me." He said and sighed again. "I love you so much Vana." He said and kissed the top of my head and then walked back over to his house. But he didn't really love me. If he did he would be willing to risk it all just like I am. But I am left just like Kyle had suspected. Alone and heart broken in the rain. Because I was always the one willing to risk it all. For him.

A story where people happen upon a friendship that can flourish into a budding romance if only.... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- He smiled that sickly innocent and genuine smile again. He was about to say something but I cut him off. "And if you so much as make my friend cry, I'll give you a black eye myself. Don't even think about breaking her heart... you will be a dead man." With that I got up. A dramatic exit was in order to show him just how serious I was. But hey! It's me. I don't get what I wish for and I ended up tripping on the carpet end, just as I was about to get to the door. So much for that. And just like the last time I fell, my face didn't get to keep its appointment with the floor. His arm was wrapped around my stomach and he pulled me hard against his chest. So hard that I managed to hit him and we ended up falling on the sofa together. Now isn't that a nice and compromising position you got yourself in? This can't get any worse. I tried getting up but I just ended up turning into him and found my face inches from his. He looked at me. He looked good and my hormones decided it was time to end a dry spell and started dancing about inside me. Wrong timing muthafvckers. Of course they didn't listen. I found myself wanting to kiss him. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sia Williams never expected anything out of the ordinary from life. The new additions to her life bring drama, adventure and romance... and the best part of all, they make her boring love life not so boring anymore. But not all romances end how you expect them to.

His lips trail down my neck, sending shivers all over. "I love looking at you," he breathes, brushing the hair off my shoulders. "Will you let me?" My wild heart seeks his. "Yes." He kisses between my breasts, then across them, swirling his tongue and kissing, always kissing. He pulls my arms out to kiss them, all the way to my wrists...all the way back. He presses affection into my skin, injects trust into my veins.
