It's a dystopian world full of smoke and chaos, Fae and her group of friends, Amos, Ozem, Abira, Casey and Alvis work together to keep their poor families alive by stealing from the rich. When Fae's parents' die in a bomb explosion, the new baby brother, Liam, is taken as well as Abira. With the dangers of the Supreme Overlord Era killing poor Abira and Liam. Fae and her friends must go on a journey behind the walls of her small town towards the city of the governors, the rich, and Era himself. (This book was inspired by greek mythology but is combined with things like harry potter, the hunger games. So just a recommendation, if you like percy jackson, harry potter, the hunger games you probably will like this.)

So I did. Little did I know it would take me the best part of five months and then some:-( I tried to put everything Abbie likes into it, fantasy, magic, history and mystery. So the end result is Book one of 'Secrets of the Druids'. It's a complete story in itself. Hate books that have no ending. I knew I'd be reading this to her in bed so it's a page turner (I hope:-).
