Rain is the youngest and the only son of L. he looks identical to his father physically and mentally. he was born with a gift caused by a side effect from beyond birthday tampering with Angel's eggs. Rain can see the future even at such an early age.
E.L.A.R is just the beginning to a great struggle of family, fitting in, and wanting to just be loved.
